B3 Control System – The New Standard in High-Performance Stamping Technology

With the new B3 control system, BRUDERER sets a new standard for the future-proof automation of high-performance stamping processes. Enhanced process control and a user-oriented operating logic enable simpler, faster, and more reliable control of complex applications.
Thanks to open interfaces based on OPC UA, the B3 can be seamlessly integrated into modern production environments. The connection of peripheral equipment – including third-party devices – as well as data exchange with machines, production control systems, and IIoT applications are consistently implemented.
Fully Integrated System Solution
The B3 control system is a completely new development, incorporating the experience from more than 5,000 installed B and B2 systems. It combines the stamping press, BSV servo feeder, and additional components within a central control platform.
All functions – from the feeder and press to connected peripherals – are controlled via a centralized user interface. This reduces interfaces and increases process stability.
Intuitive Operation and High Flexibility
A 21-inch touchscreen with a tile-based interface provides direct access to all functions. The interface and views can be individually customized.
Thanks to its modular architecture, the B3 is easily scalable – from simple applications to complex stamping processes. Whether for rotor and stator production with integrated BSP stacking control or demanding applications, the B3 provides the right system platform.
Higher Process Reliability, Reduced Setup Effort
A role-based access system reduces operating errors and enhances safety. Tool condition, press force, and position are centrally monitored, while integrated envelope monitoring detects deviations early.
The parameterization of tools, slides, and rotary units can be carried out automatically at the push of a button, reducing setup time and enabling fast, reproducible commissioning.
